FOUNDERS

Natalia Wojcik has operated her own consultancy, partnering with hospitality projects and brands to provide expertise in experience design and cultural programming, crafting distinctive and unique hospitality experiences. 

In the past she has held positions including Director of Cultural Programming at Design Hotels, Global Director of Brand Experience & Programming at Habitas and Director of Brand Experience at Scorpios. Additionally, Natalia has worked in Sales and Marketing at Edition Hotels and Leading Hotels of The World.

Throughout her career, Natalia has excelled in transforming project concepts into tangible experiences. Her extensive knowledge of hospitality operations and creative insights into global cultural trends enable her to seamlessly blend the global zeitgeist with local cultures and heritage. Her projects include work at Habitas Al-Ula (Saudi Arabia), Scorpios Bodrum (Turkey), and Habitas Hudson (USA).

Natalia's passion for wellness stems from her personal explorations, which she incorporates into her work, bringing creative and diverse cultural perspectives to the experiences she designs.

With extensive experience in managing complex projects, and leading creative teams, Daniel Hilz is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in brand strategy, production and creative direction.

At Design Hotels, he served as the Director Brand and Creative. In his role, he was overseeing the visual identity across all brand channels, formed creative partnerships in the hospitality sector, managed various publishing projects, brand events and campaigns.

As Production Director at Untitled Project he created and produced global photo shoots and events for clients such as Dior, Tom Ford, Hugo Boss, Vogue, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz, and Estée Lauder Companies. In the same position at Interview Magazine, he coordinated various fashion and cover shoots.

Daniel gets his inspiration through traveling and his love for exciting hospitality and design projects. Holding certifications as Breathwork Facilitator and Fitness Coach, Daniel is passionate about innovations in health and mindfulness and is eager to integrate them in his work.
